Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tic Support CV21 3RQ parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tolomatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tigear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tohan product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tolomatic such as the BCS10BNL08SK1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 17A20LR56 manufactured by Tigear and we are pleased to be able to service most Tigear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TD102 by Manufacturer Tohan as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Toshiba Brand SKDZU2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tokyo-Seimitsu such as EPA60T3PD equipment made by Tokyo-Seimitsu have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tokyo-Seimitsu products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tokyo-Seimitsu" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 10219648 made by Tokyo-Keiki as well as the popular D209517 original spares produced by Todd

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 638445 by Toolex and EPA60T3PD spares by Tokyo-Seimitsu are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EM0124006 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tokyo-Keiso.
